$1850.00 -plus international airfare (estimated between $1,300-$1,800)

Includes: all food, lodging, ground transportation, cultural sites, tips, project materials, fees to IGL, visa fees, travel insurance (through Faith Ventures with IGL)

Does not include: souvenirs, passport if needed, immunizations/shots if needed, surgeon visa form ($100 for surgeons), international airfare (estimated $1,300-$1,800)

Please note: If you are a surgeon coming on this trip, there is an additional surgeon visa required. Please add $100.00 per surgeon to the cost above to cover the cost of this visa. We will send this form separately from Indian visa forms after airfares are purchased. 

We’ll begin pricing out airfares in the summer. Vicki and Andrew will agree on a flight itinerary and price that work best for the dates and we’ll work with passengers individually to purchase air. If you’d like to use credit card points or miles for airfare, we’ll work with you individually on that option as well. 

Andrew W Lyon Travel will be sending out specific visa application instructions for each member of the group this summer. If you do not already have a passport, please apply soon and plan to have your passport no later than August 2017. Each individual will send their passport, passport sized photos, and application to Andrew W Lyon travel and we’ll handle all the logistics, double checking all information and working with our partners at the Indian embassies to ensure the visas are returned with no problems.

June 1, 2017 - $500.00 per person - deposit reserves your space 

September 1, 2017 - $1,300.00-$1,800.00 -  international airfare purchase

November 1, 2017 - $1,350.00 per person - remaining balance due

Deposits are fully refundable up to 90 days before the trip for all expenses except airfares. Full payment due 60 days before the trip.
